Beautiful works by Mother Nature.
We did not try the Cave Stream Trek as it seems too challenging BUT we visited both the Cave Entrance and Exit.
The Cave Entrance is more tedious involving traversing a steep slope and some stream crossing.
The Cave Exit is easier to access.
Both Caves gave great silhouette photos and I will recommend all to visit both the entrance and exit.
Coolest place ever. Do the hike through the cave. Recommend sandals and whatever to get wet cause water is waist deep in places. Be sure to have a light. Phone is fine, headlamp is best but need to be charged cause you’re hiking in a dark cave in the water for an hour.
This place was pretty cool. I didn’t know you could walk the whole stream/cave. Unfortunately I didn’t come with the right equipment plus I was unsure if my 10 and 8 year old could do it. So we opted to just see the mouth of the cave and the surrounding area. Still worth the stop if you only do this. Plenty of parking and toilets.
Walked through here almost 10 times now. Absolutely love it! Respect the area and keep in clean, don't be one of the losers who graffiti the area, we don't want to ruin this beautiful site.
It's super achievable for anyone with moderate fitness capabilities, just make sure to bring a torch and some warm clothes. If you want to set a challenge, it's even more fun if you go by candle light. Check the weather too, don't go in the rain!
a cave with a tricky parking lot to get into. becareful of the speeding cars. anyways the views were nice. the water superbly crystal clear and clean. the cave system is amazing if you have the right gear to trek through it
The track down to the cave entrance was quite muddy and slippery, but what a cool sight to see at the bottom!
The main tracks and reserve area are well maintained and it was nice wee walk.
It was great that we could walk to both ends of the cave.
Unique cave stream. To access this place a steep climb down the mountain is needed. Make sure you have good grip before going down. Water can be very chill, if you indend to go to the cave make sure to get appropriate thermal wetsuit for your legs.
The water level was a bit too high for our adventure, but we'll definitely give caving a try during our next visit. It was a pleasant walk to see both the entrance and exit of the cave, though.
